Einstein, Einstein GPT, Apex, LWC, Python-based ML services, and LLM technologies

Salesforce engineering + advanced AI/ML development

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Customization

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications aligned with business and product requirements.
• Extend platform capabilities using

  Apex (Triggers/Classes), LWC, Aura, Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs

  .
• Build high-performance, secure, and user-friendly Salesforce components and custom applications.

AI/ML Development & Generative AI Integration

• Develop, train, and deploy

  AI/ML models

  for scoring, forecasting, intent detection, recommendation engines, and workflow automation.
• Integrate ML solutions with Salesforce using

  Einstein, Einstein GPT, Apex integrations, Python-based APIs, and cloud AI services (AWS/Azure/GCP)

  .
• Build

  Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

  pipelines using vector databases and LLMs for deep contextual insights inside Salesforce.
• Develop

  GenAI-driven bots, Einstein Bots, copilots

  , and intelligent assistants for sales, service, and support workflows.
• Build and optimize enterprise-grade pipelines for text, email, chat, CRM records, and knowledge base data.

Architecture, DevOps & Performance

• Lead end-to-end CI/CD using

  Git, Copado, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab

  .
• Ensure production-ready scalability, performance, and monitoring of AI/ML-enabled Salesforce applications.
• Implement secure data flows adhering to best practices in

  governance, compliance, and data protection

  .
• Maintain model accuracy and relevancy with continuous evaluation, fine-tuning, and feedback loops.

Collaboration & Innovation

• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Engineering, CRM, Business) to identify and deliver AI-powered enhancements.
• Research and experiment with cutting-edge

  Transformers, LLMs, multimodal AI, and enterprise AI tools

  .
• Drive innovation by proposing new intelligent automation features and AI-first improvements within Salesforce.

Must-Have Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or equivalent.

• Strong expertise in AI/ML model development, training, and deployment

• Experience implementing AI/ML solutions inside Salesforce using:
• ✔ Einstein / Einstein GPT
• ✔ External Python ML APIs
• ✔ Cloud ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong understanding of

  Generative AI

  , including:
• ✔ LLMs & Transformers
• ✔ Embeddings
• ✔ RAG pipelines
• ✔ Vector Databases
• Proficiency in Salesforce development:
