About the Role:

Senior AI/ML Engineer

You will be responsible for building intelligent systems using state-of-the-art LLMs and generative models, integrating them into robust applications, and deploying them at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop advanced AI/ML models with a focus on

  Generative AI

  (text, code, image, or multimodal)
• Architect and build end-to-end AI applications – from data pipelines to model serving and monitoring
• Fine-tune and deploy

  large language models (LLMs)

  or

  diffusion-based models

  using frameworks such as

  Hugging Face Transformers

  ,

  LangChain

  , or custom tooling
• Implement scalable APIs and backend services to support AI features in production applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data engineers, and DevOps to deliver complete AI solutions
• Optimize model performance, latency, and resource usage for production environments
• Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, model explainability, and responsible AI use
• Stay current with developments in AI research, tooling, and industry trends

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering or AI/ML development
• Expert-level proficiency in

  Python

  , including ML libraries such as

  PyTorch

  ,

  TensorFlow

  ,

  NumPy

  , and

  Pandas

• Strong experience with

  Generative AI

  , including

  LLMs

  ,

  transformers

  ,

  prompt engineering

  , or

  diffusion models

• Proven ability to build, package, and deploy ML models into production using

  Docker

  FastAPI

  , or similar frameworks
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and model hosting/inference services
• Solid knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools for model lifecycle management
• Experience in building secure, performant APIs and scalable microservices
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Familiarity with

  vector databases

  (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and

  RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

  architectures
• Experience with

  LangChain
