About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI, with proven experience in building scalable models and systems that solve real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Design and implement AI/ML models for tasks such as classification, prediction, and generation.

·      Develop and fine-tune LLMs and Generative AI models for domain-specific applications.

·      Work on OCR, PDF extraction, and Computer Vision projects using deep learning frameworks.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.

·      Optimize model performance and ensure scalability in production environments.

·      Stay updated with the latest research and trends in AI and ML.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

·      4–5 years of experience in AI/ML development.

·      Proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn.

·      Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.

·      Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and Transformer-based architectures.

·      Strong understanding of OCR, PDF parsing, and Computer Vision techniques.

·      Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools.

·      Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

·      Experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or similar frameworks.

·      Knowledge of data annotation tools and pipelines.

·      Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or published research.
