About Us

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and ML models for real-world applications (NLP, vision, multimodal, or generative systems).
• Build robust data pipelines, preprocessing systems, and model training infrastructure.
• Experiment with and fine-tune foundation models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Mistral, or custom architectures).
• Collaborate with software engineers and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into production systems.
• Contribute to R&D efforts — prototypes, model evaluation, and performance optimization.
• Stay on top of AI research trends and bring innovative ideas from papers to production.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong programming skills

  in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).

• Solid understanding

  of deep learning fundamentals — architectures, optimization, and evaluation.
• Experience with

  LLMs, diffusion models, or transformers

  (training, fine-tuning, or deployment).
• Knowledge of

  data engineering and MLOps

  (e.g., Airflow, MLflow, Hugging Face Hub, Weights & Biases).
• Hands-on with

  cloud or GPU-based environments

  (AWS, GCP, Azure, or local clusters).
• Passion for research-backed development — comfortable reading papers and experimenting.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with

  multimodal AI

  (vision + language, speech, etc.)
• Knowledge of

  retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

  or

  vector databases

  (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
• Familiarity with

  LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom LLM orchestration pipelines.

• Contributions to

  open-source AI frameworks

  or research publications.
• Background in

  mathematics, statistics, or reinforcement learning.
