Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Technical SEO Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the technical foundation of our websites, ensuring search engines can efficiently crawl, index, and rank our content. Your work will directly contribute to expanding PaladinAi's global visibility across digital channels. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits and implement fixes to improve website health Optimize website structure, crawlability, indexability, and internal linking strategies Manage sitemaps, robots.txt, and implement technical SEO best practices Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and overall site performance Troubleshoot and resolve crawl errors, broken links, redirects, and duplicate content issues Collaborate with developers to implement SEO-friendly website updates and fixes Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm changes, and AI-related search developments Leverage tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and others to drive technical improvements Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance, providing actionable insights to the marketing and leadership teams What We’re Looking For: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in technical SEO Solid understanding of website architecture, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript Familiarity with SEO tools: Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. Experience improving website speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall technical performance Understanding of structured data, schema markup, and best practices Ability to work collaboratively with developers, designers, and content teams Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Bonus: Experience with international SEO, B2B websites, or working within the tech/cybersecurity space Why Join PaladinAi?
