Senior Agile Coach Value Delivery Office - Vice President

Role Overview: The Senior Agile Coach Value Delivery Office - Vice President at Deutsche Bank will be a key member of the Corporate Bank (CB) Agile team within the Value Delivery Office. Your primary responsibility will be to support CB's ongoing transformation into a business agile organization by collaborating with CB, Operations, and Technology teams. You will play a crucial role in enabling the organization to react quickly to changes, improving value chains, and enhancing customer and employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Outline and develop activities aligned with CTO strategic objectives and continuous improvement practices - Implement change initiatives in collaboration with the head of the Value Delivery Office - Maintain thought leadership through participation in meet-ups and conferences - Foster a self-sustaining learning culture within the bank - Provide agile-related learning and development for Tribe Domains, Tribe Leads, and CIOs - Utilize bank-wide networks to achieve strategic goals How You'll Lead: - Collaborate with agile coaches across CB to achieve team goals - Provide coaching and advice to senior management globally - Create a collaborative environment for continuous learning and knowledge exchange - Support the development of junior employees in agile practices - Enhance learning materials in coordination with the agile coaching community Qualifications Required: - Experience in coaching, facilitating, mentoring, and training individuals and teams in agile and lean approaches - Strong prioritization skills with a focus on pragmatic solutions and customer perspective - Ability to work effectively in a team with high initiative - Previous coaching experience in global financial organizations - Proficiency in English communication - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Empathetic with good analytical and problem-solving abilities - Understanding of international financial services industry and technology trends - Experience in digital innovation and agile transformations - Familiarity with Jira is beneficial - Knowledge of governance processes and innovation methodologies is advantageous - Ability to work in an international, fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred Additional Company Details: Deutsche Bank strives for a culture of excellence, responsibility, commercial thinking, initiative, and collaboration.
