Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Agile Coach in the Corporate Bank Agile team within the Value Delivery Office, you will play a crucial role in supporting the ongoing transformation of the Corporate Bank into a business agile organization. Your responsibilities will include leveraging cross-departmental collaboration to tap new business opportunities, provide solutions to customers and internal consumers more quickly, and help shift culture and mindsets to enable quicker reactions to changes in the interests of customers. Key Responsibilities: - Outline and develop activities aligned to the CTO strategic objectives and ongoing continuous improvement practices - Implement change and drive forward associated initiatives in close cooperation with the head of the Value Delivery Office - Maintain thought leadership through attendance at meet-ups / conferences as required - Provide ongoing learning and development in agile related topics for Tribe Domains and Tribe Leads as well as CIOs - Play a prominent role amongst agile coaches across CB to ensure team goals are met - Coach and advise senior management in all areas and regions of the Corporate Bank - Contribute to creating an environment for collaboration, exchange of experience, and continuous learning within the Agile team and across CB - Support the development of younger employees with a focus on application of agile ways of working - Continuously develop and improve learning materials in collaboration with the wider agile coaching community Qualifications Required: - Experience in coaching, facilitating, mentoring, and training individuals and teams in agile and lean approaches across a wide range of management seniority - Good sense of prioritization combined with the ability to find pragmatic solutions while keeping the customer's perspective in mind - Several years of experience in coaching within global financial organization(s) - Very good English in writing & communication required - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Empathic appearance - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Good understanding of the international financial services industry and current technology trends - Experience in digital & innovation and agile transformations - Degree from an accredited college or university (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) preferred Company Details: Deutsche Bank strives for a culture of empowerment, responsibility, commercial thinking, initiative, and collaboration.
