Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Advisor to work closely with executive leadership and senior management teams.
This position plays a key role in driving corporate governance, strategic communication, and cross-functional coordination to support business growth and leadership objectives.

The company will provide visa sponsorship and relocation assistance for qualified candidates who hold a valid passport and are willing to move to Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior leadership and board-level governance activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and departments.
• Coordinate communication and strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and effective governance processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience working with C-level or senior leadership teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to handle strategic planning and governance processes.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Must have a valid passport and be open to relocating to Malaysia.
