Job Description

Collaborate with the business unit to understand requirements and develop technical specifications.
Maintain and support existing tools, systems, and processes.
Identify and stimulate automation opportunities in processes.
Ensure sustainable relationships with stakeholders and internal MI consumers.
Document and update relevant processes for team training.
Develop and implement frameworks and solutions for reporting Management Information data.
Understand workflow priorities and manage them effectively.
Perform basic support and debugging in test and production environments.
Apply analytical skills to test outputs.
