Employment Type: 12-month contract (extendable)

About the Role

We are seeking a DevOps Integration Architect with deep Microsoft Azure expertise to join our team onsite in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur. This senior role will drive the architecture and design of modern integration solutions, acting as a technical influencer between our development DevOps teams and architecture DevOps teams. Key Responsibilities:

✅ Own and define the integration architecture roadmap across Azure technologies
✅ Collaborate closely with DevOps development and architecture teams to align patterns, standards, and best practices✅ Guide the modernization and migration of legacy integrations to modern Azure services✅ Provide thought leadership and technical mentoring on integration frameworks, security, and DevOps processes✅ Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data protection requirements✅ Lead solution design reviews and architecture approvals✅ Foster continuous improvement through automation, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices✅ Support project teams to deliver highly available, secure, and performant integrations

Required Technical Experience:

Must-have skills:
✔ Proven DevOps experience in the Microsoft Azure environment✔ Architect-level experience is mandatory✔ Azure DevOps (ADO), GitHub, or Team Foundation Server (TFS)✔ .NET / C#✔ Node.js✔ JavaScript✔ RDBMS Microsoft SQL Server✔ Strong experience designing with these Azure services:

• Azure Logic Apps
• Azure API Management
• Azure Service Bus
• Azure Functions
• Azure Data Factory
• Azure Event Grid

Nice-to-Have:
Containers (Docker/Kubernetes)Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates)Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platformsExperience with integration platforms like Mulesoft or Boomi

Soft Skills:

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
✔ Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional DevOps and architecture teams✔ Strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude✔ Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
