Senior ADN Specialist

As an Assurance Senior at EY, you will be the main point of contact from GDS for the tasks assigned by the global client serving assurance teams. Your role involves ensuring the timeliness and quality of deliverables, managing day-to-day operations of engagements, and leading a team of associate level personnel. You will also be responsible for performing reviews and maintaining relationships with key EY Global counterparts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead engagements from the GDS front, ensuring timely and high-quality work aligned with EY Global Audit Methodology. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of engagements and EY GAM while performing reviews. - Develop productive relationships with key EY Global counterparts and embed EY Quality and Risk Management procedures into the work. - Discuss workflow management, allocate resources, monitor performance, and standardize review processes. - Motivate and lead the GDS team, identify talents, and conduct performance reviews. - Establish expectations of value delivery, identify opportunities for improvement, and leverage best practices. **Skills and Attributes for Success:** - Knowledge of Indian accounting standards or IFRS/UK GAAP/US GAAP. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. - Logical reasoning, leadership, and coaching abilities. - Ability to spread positive work culture and live EY values. - Quick building of strong working relationships with colleagues. **Qualifications Required:** - Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) - Articleship with other big four or mid-tier accounting firms - ACCA/CPA with 2+ years of relevant work experience - Non-Qualified (B.
