Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming enquiries (calls, walk-ins, online leads) and provide accurate guidance on DGCA Ground Classes and the Commercial Pilot Licence pathway.
• Conduct structured counselling sessions for students and parents, addressing academic requirements, course structure, timelines, and training expectations.
• Drive conversions from enquiry to admission through consistent follow-ups and relationship management.
• Maintain complete and timely updates of CRM records, reports, and admission documentation.
• Collaborate with the centre head and internal teams to ensure seamless admission processes and a high-quality student experience.
• Represent Aviacons professionally at the centre and during any outreach or information sessions.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in aviation training, education counselling, university admissions, or EdTech will be preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and student engagement skills.
• Target-oriented approach with the ability to manage high enquiry volumes.

Language Proficiency:

• English, Hindi and Telugu –

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
