Your responsibilities will include: - Meeting or exceeding sales targets on a monthly basis - Identifying the needs of prospects and recommending suitable programs through outbound calls - Closing sales over the phone by effectively demonstrating the value of our products - Building and maintaining relationships with prospects through clear communication and follow-up - Staying updated on industry trends and new product offerings **Key Responsibilities:** - 1+ years of experience in inside sales - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients - Proficiency in using a CRM and sales tools - Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred **What We Offer:** We provide an outstanding work environment with rapid career advancement opportunities, the chance to collaborate with a talented team of professionals from prestigious backgrounds like ISB, BITS Pilani, and NITs, fast career growth, an incredible culture, and supportive team members.
