Role Summary:

Drive lead engagement, qualify prospects, build trust, and schedule Video Counselling (VC) sessions for Admissions Counsellors. Act as the first touchpoint between learners and upGrad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and engage assigned leads via auto-dialer
  • Qualify interest, needs, and eligibility
  • Build rapport and address learner queries
  • Schedule VC sessions for qualified leads
  • Coordinate with counsellors for smooth follow-through
  • Maintain CRM records and follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Min 2 years EdTech sales (Study Abroad is a plus)
  • Graduate, 6-day work week experience
  • Individual contributor with proven targets
  • Strong English communication, empathy, persuasion
  • Basic MS Office + CRM skills

KPIs:

  • 300 mins talk time per day
  • 5 VC bookings per day
  • 80% lead connection rate
  • Meet weekly revenue targets
