Job Description

Responsibilities:

Review, create, and evaluate routine purchase requisitions for supplies and services.
Ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
Track and maintain purchase orders and work with vendors on any PO, invoice issues.
Invoice processing and automation.
Research, analyze and resolve purchasing inquiries and provide support internally and to vendors.
Provide input to the updating or writing of policies/procedures/processes

Requirements:

University degree in Accounting, Business/Finance or equivalent.
Overall 4+ years of experience with at least 2+ years of experience in AP activities including working understanding of accounting, VAT, GST and TDS concepts.
Experience with a variety of Accounts Payable concepts, practices and procedures.
Deliver high volume of transactional work (invoice generation ; processing) with the highest accuracy and timeliness.
Automate and record invoices into accounting system.
Ability to think critically by applying problem solving practices, using technology and other resources appropriately.
Proficient in MS Office especially on Excel and Word
Excellent language skills in written and spoken English.
Strong communication skills across different cultures.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Mandatory Skills:

Knowledge on Coupa tool.
Knowledge of accounting or/and procurement processes and systems
Experience from working in shared service centers
