Senior Accounts Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Manager who can independently manage the company’s financial operations, including ITR filing, royalty calculations, GST, and TDS compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation laws, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
• Handle Income Tax Return (ITR) filing for the company and its directors.
• Prepare and review royalty statements and ensure timely royalty payments and accounting.
• Manage GST filings, reconciliations, and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
• Handle TDS calculation, deduction, deposit, and return filing as per statutory timelines.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
• Monitor receivables and payables to ensure healthy cash flow.
• Stay updated with changes in taxation and compliance regulations.
• Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter preferred).
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax laws.
• Hands-on experience with royalty accounting and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
