Job Description

Qualification: M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent
Software: Tally, MS Excel
Experience: 5+ years

Key Responsibilities:

Full accounting and bookkeeping in Tally – handling all receipts, payments, fees, and donations.
Payroll management – ensuring accurate salary computation, disbursement, and statutory compliance.
TDS, PF & ESI computation, payment, and filing.
Preparation of Financial Statements – Balance Sheet, Income & Expenditure, Receipts & Payments.
Support for internal and statutory audits, including reconciliations and schedules.
Coordination with auditors and consultants for compliance and reporting.
Leading the accounts team and ensuring the timely completion of financial processes.

Desired Profile:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and non-profit compliance.
Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling accounts independently.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Leadership qualities with experience in guiding and managing a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
