Job Title : Senior Executive – Accounts
Job Location : Coimbatore
Salary: 55k/Month
Job description:
Preparing data for filing TDS returns, verification of account balances.
Preparing data for filing GST returns. (GSTR -1 & GSTR -3B)
Coordination for Annual GST audit. (GSTR-9 & 9C)
Intercompany reconciliation & BRS.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of Tax returns and payments. (TDS & GST, Advance tax and
other statutory related)
Handling Internal audit / Statutory audit / GST audit queries related to compliance.
Reconciliation of Tax data reports with tally entries & rectifying errors.
Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Maintain organized and accurate records of all tax-related documents and notice from the
department.
Staying updated on tax laws (GST & TDS, Income tax etc.,)
To handle vendor queries for Form 16A related matters.
Job specifications
5 to 8 years of strong work experience in Accounts & Finance.
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance such as TDS, GST, ESIC, EPF & PT.
Good at problem solving & ability to analyze large volumes of data in MS Excel.
Proficient in MS OFFICE (Word, Excel, PPT)
TALLY Knowledge: Added advantage.
