Senior Accounts Executive

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant (min. 5 years of experience) as we are expanding our Accounts Dept. Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank statements. Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Analyze financial data and provide insights to management. Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets. Analyze variances between actual and budgeted figures and provide recommendations for corrective actions. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and collections. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies. Compliance and Auditing: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. Assist with internal and external audits. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions. Evaluate financial performance and trends, and provide recommendations for improvement. Tax Preparation: Assist with tax preparation and filing, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations. Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
