Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank statements. Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions. Job Title: Company Secretary (CS) or Compliance Officer Key Responsibilities: File and manage statutory forms and returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws, regulations, and filing deadlines. Maintain statutory registers, records, and minutes of Board and General Meetings. Draft and review resolutions, agreements, and other corporate documents. Liaise with regulatory authorities such as ROC, MCA, and RBI, as required.
