Position Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Peon to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will assist in basic clerical tasks, ensure cleanliness, handle deliveries, and support staff with errands as needed. This is a crucial role in maintaining the smooth functioning and efficiency of our workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Opening and closing the office daily

Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the office (basic cleaning, dusting, serving tea/coffee/water)

Running office errands such as dropping off/picking up documents and parcels

Assisting with photocopying, scanning, and binding documents

Managing outdoor tasks like banking, post office, courier, etc.

Arranging meeting rooms and refreshments for guests and staff

Supporting administrative staff with minor tasks as requested

Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Monitoring stock of office supplies and informing the admin team of shortages

Taking care of visitors and guiding them to the right department/person

Requirements:

Minimum 10th Pass (preferred)

Prior experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory)

Familiarity with basic office environments and etiquette

Honest, punctual, and dependable

Ability to read and write basic Hindi and/or English

Good physical health to handle daily tasks and errands
