Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy to assist with daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace. The ideal candidate should be punctual, hardworking, and willing to handle multiple support tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of office premises (workstations, pantry, meeting rooms).
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Assist in office errands such as bank visits, courier handling, and document delivery.
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic office documentation.
Support staff with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Ensure pantry supplies and office consumables are stocked.
Open and close office on time, if required.
Follow instructions from management and office staff.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 8th / 10th pass.
Prior experience as an office boy or helper is preferred.
Basic understanding of office hygiene and discipline.
Honest, punctual, and well-mannered.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Physically fit to handle routine office work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
