Job Description:

We are seeking a courteous and attentive Bellboy/Girl to join our team at Long D Hotel & Banquets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting guests with their luggage, guiding them to their rooms, and ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with luggage upon arrival and departure
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel amenities
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times
• Assist with transportation arrangements and hotel services as needed
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bell desk area
• Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality and a professional appearance
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Prior experience in hospitality is a plus but not mandatory
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
