Senior Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction are maintained across our property. This role involves supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating cleaning schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols

- Monitor the quality of work performed and provide ongoing training and feedback to staff

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels and maintenance

- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and standards

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues related to cleanliness and service promptly

- Prepare reports on housekeeping operations and staff performance

- Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating housekeeping staff

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in housekeeping management or supervision, preferably in a hotel, resort, or similar hospitality environment

- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality management are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
