Job Title: Office Boy

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy to support daily office operations. The candidate will assist with administrative tasks, office cleanliness, document handling, and general support to staff.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, and common areas
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic documentation
Assist in carrying files and documents within the office
Support office staff with day-to-day tasks as assigned
Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and courier items
Manage pantry supplies and inform admin for refilling
Assist during meetings and office events
Ensure proper arrangement of office furniture and stationery

Requirements & Skills

Minimum education: 10th pass (preferred)
Basic understanding of office etiquette
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time
Physically fit to handle office-related duties
Polite, disciplined, and punctual
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage

Working Hours

[10:00 AM – 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday]

Salary & Benefits

Salary: 10,000 TO 15,000
Other benefits as per company policy

Reporting To

Admin / Office Manager

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
