Role & Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, Bank Reconciliation). Handle GST, TDS (deduction, challans, returns), PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances. Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage vendor invoices, payments, and collection follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of assets, inventory, and expenses. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities. Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, and compliance returns. Support management in budgeting, MIS reporting, and financial planning. Requirements Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (preferred). Experience: 4–7 years in accounting & finance. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and statutory compliances is mandatory. Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Zoho Books / other accounting software. Proficiency in MS Excel & financial reporting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
