Financial Accounng & Repor¢ng: ¢ ¢ Prepare and maintain accurate nancial records, including general ledger entries. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual nancial statements in accordance with applicable accoun¢ng standards. ¢ ¢ Monitor and analyze accoun¢ng data and produce nancial reports or statements. Assist with budge¢ng and forecas¢ng. 2. Accounts Payable & Receivable: ¢ ¢ Manage accounts payable and receivable func¢ons including invoicing, payments, collec¢ons, and reconcilia¢ons. Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable. 3. Banking & Reconcilia¢on: ¢ ¢ Perform daily bank reconcilia¢ons and cash ow management. Monitor companys nancial posi¢on and provide regular updates to management. 4. Taxa¢on & Compliance: ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Prepare and le GST, TDS, and other statutory returns as per regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with nancial regula¢ons and standards. Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders. FLA (Foreign -Liabili¢es and Assets) submission for all LLPs on annual basis, including coordina¢on with US SPV and Auditors Oce. ¢ APR (Annual Performance Report) submission for all LLPs on annual basis, including coordina¢on with US SPV for the audit of nancial statements of the US SPV and the Auditors Oce. ¢ ¢ Annual LLP lings (Form 8) for each Project LLP to be provided to the audit team. Prepara¢on and ling of ROC lings in respect of AGI and group companies in terms of Form 3, Form 4, DIR KYC, DPT 3, Form MSME. ¢ Taking care of Legal proceedings as and when they arise by liaising with auditors and lawyers and appearing before authori¢es. Technical Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Key Behavioral Competencies: a. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a. Flexibility a related field. b. Communication b.
