Job Location :At Factory office , Nananpur, Himatnagar

Job Summary:

An Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, preparing financial statements, and supporting strategic financial planning. Accountants play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of an organization by tracking income, expenses, and tax obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Maintain general ledger and ensure proper recording of financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze budgets, financial reports, and accounting records.
• Assist in the preparation of GST tax returns and ensure timely tax filings.
• Knowledge of TDS as per Standard Financial record.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and forecast company’s financial status.
• Assist in audits, both internal and external.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Master degree in M.com , Finance,
• Proven experience as an accountant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations .
• Proficiency in Tally accounting software.
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Experiance : 3 to 6 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
