We’re Hiring – Senior Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

· Prepare and finalize accounts, balance sheet, and profit & loss statements.

· Handle GST filing, TDS, Income Tax, PF & ESIC compliances.

· Manage accounts payable/receivable, vendor reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.

· Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and MIS reports.

· Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.

· Draft letters, emails, and reports (good English writing skills required).

· Monitor cash flow, expenses, and assist in budgeting.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent).

· 4–6 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing/trading firm.

· Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliances.

· Proficiency in Tally ERP and strong MS Office skills (Word & Excel).

· Good English communication and writing skills.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

· Only Kanpur-based candidates will be considered.
