We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant with a minimum of 15 years of experience in accounting and finance. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will be able to lead and manage accounting teams, provide strategic financial guidance, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
- Lead and mentor accounting teams, providing guidance and development opportunities
- Collaborate with external auditors, management, and other stakeholders
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth
