Civil Supervisor

Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations - Conduct site inspections, identifying and addressing quality and safety issues - Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams - Monitor progress, tracking project timelines and budgets - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies - Resolve conflicts and issues on-site - Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders Requirements: - Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field - Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or similar role - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills - Ability to read and interpret plans, blueprints, and technical documents What We Offer : - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for professional growth and development - Collaborative and dynamic work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
