Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal for a Civil Supervisor. The Civil Supervisor will oversee and manage construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Daily tasks include supervising on-site activities, coordinating with contractors and workers, conducting quality control inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role also involves effective communication with project stakeholders and addressing any issues that arise on-site.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Communication skills
• Experience in Site Supervision and On-Site management
• Knowledge of Quality Control practices
• Ability to effectively coordinate with contractors and workers
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Relevant experience in construction or civil engineering projects
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred
