Job Summary

Kaizen Super Speciality Hospital is 50 bedded multispeciality hospital near Nitin Company Junction, Thane (W). There are vacancies for the position of Senior Accountant.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions for all accounts
• Bank Reconciliation for all accounts
• Reconcile cards payments (all types of cards)
• Manage Petty Cash transactions
• Prepare Statements of TDS of Professionals and others
• TDS Return filling (Quarterly)
• Reconciliation of TDS by companies, banks and others
• Prepare GST Challans
• GST Return filling (Quarterly)
• Scrutiny of Ledger Accounts time to time
• Prepare financial statements in time (Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly)
• Submit Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly reports to the management
• Issuance of Salary / wages as per report of HR Department
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable (Hospital and Pharmacy)
• Reconcile accounts receivables (Hospital and Pharmacy)
• Prepare draft computation of Income Tax
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Reconcile Investments time to time
• Coordination with CA for completion of annual audits
• Reviewing financial reports/support as necessary
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Responsible for the keeping accounting related records
• Job responsibility will be amended time to time by the management

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Qualification:- B.Com / M.Com

Experience:- 3+ years of experience in hospital accounts handling.
