Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Cherthala. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements and budgets, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Daily tasks will include managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions. The role also involves collaborating with other departments and assisting with financial reporting for strategic planning and performance evaluation.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing financial transactions, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Skills in preparing financial statements and budgets, conducting audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Strong analytical skills for financial analysis and strategic planning
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the food production industry required
