Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant based in Jodhpur. The Senior Accountant will oversee financial record-keeping, prepare financial statements, and manage day-to-day accounting tasks. Responsibilities include reconciling accounts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing budgets, and assisting with audits. The role requires competent handling of payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting. Collaboration with other departments and offering strategic financial insights will be key to success in this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, statutory audit and audits
• Hands-on experience with payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and month-end closing processes
• Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and provide financial insights
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally Prime and ERP.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CA certification preferred
• Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Prior experience in a senior-level accounting role is highly valued
