Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant at our Indore office. The Senior Accountant will handle daily accounting operations, including reconciliation, financial reporting, and tax compliance. They will ensure accurate record-keeping, manage accounts payable and receivable, and oversee payroll processes. The role also involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, assisting in audits, and implementing internal controls.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
• Prior experience in an accounting role, preferably in a similar industry
