Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Bhilai. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and managing tax filings. Day-to-day tasks include preparing financial statements, conducting audits, reconciling accounts, and providing financial analysis. The role also involves developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures, managing the accounting team, and collaborating with other departments to support overall business goals.

Qualifications

• Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, and Financial Statement Preparation skills
• Tax Planning and Filing, Tax Compliance, and Knowledge of Tax Regulations skills
• Auditing, Account Reconciliation, and Accounting Policy Development skills
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and MS Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a team and possess leadership skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
