Job Description

Experience - 4 to 6 years

Location - Ahmedabad

Position – 1

Salary Range : 35,000/- to 50,000/-

Key Responsibilities:


Accounting Functions:

  • Implement E-Invoicing procedures.
  • Manage firm receipts and ensure accurate accounting.
  • Maintain site-wise M book records and reconcile receipts.
  • Cross-verify accounting entries, including purchase bill entries, and oversee entries made by junior accounts staff.
  • Ensure readiness to account for any new transactions.

Finalization of Accounts:

  • Confirm debtors, creditors, and loans.
  • Prepare Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet statements.
  • Verify loan statements and ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure TDS(24Q 26Q AND 27EQ) filings for all departments and prepare documents for quarterly TDS(24Q 26Q AND 27EQ) return filing.
  • Timely payment of TDS(24Q 26Q AND 27EQ).
  • Follow up on TDS corrections if necessary.
  • Cross-check maintenance of individual insurance policies, investments, loans, and bank statements.

GST & TDS Management:

  • Handle monthly GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B )return filing.
  • Verify GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B ) & TDS (24Q 26Q AND 27EQ)filings by departments.
  • Coordinate with departments to track outstanding bills.
  • Ensure maximum billing is compliant with GST regulations.
  • Report on creditors overdue.

MCA Compliance:

  • File necessary forms annually with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
  • Handle specific forms in case of any amendments.


  • Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Extensive experience in finance and accounting roles within the construction industry.
    • In-depth understanding of GST, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
    • Ability to adapt to changing regulations and environments.
