Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Insurance Management: Manage insurance accounting processes, including premium reconciliation and claims processing. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the accounting function and implement best practices. Participate in special projects and initiatives, providing financial insights and support to cross-functional teams.linkedin.com Compliance & Audit: Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Assist with research on latest accounting standards such as GAAP &IFRS. Requirements: 1. Qualified CA. 3+ years of post-qualification experience in accounting as per US GAAP or UK GAAP. Familiarity with insurance/reinsurance brokerage processes.Strong multi-tasking skills and stakeholder management.
