We are hiring Senior Accountant

Roles and responsibilities:

• Financial Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Financial Reporting: Preparing and analyzing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) and regulatory reporting documents.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting with the budgeting process, forecasting financial performance, and analyzing budget variances.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with accounting principles (GAAP), internal controls, and relevant regulations.
• Audit Support: Assisting with both internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.
• Supervision and Mentorship: May supervise junior accountants and accounting assistants, providing guidance and training.
• Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in accounting processes and internal controls, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Analysis and Reporting: Performing financial analysis, summarizing financial status, and presenting findings to management.
• Tax Preparation: Assisting with tax return preparation and compliance, including sales tax, payroll tax, and other relevant filings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
