Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Accounts, located on-site in Kochi. The Senior Accounts will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, preparing financial reports, and overseeing accounting transactions. Additionally, the candidate will supervise the accounts team, assist in budgeting and forecasting, and coordinate with external auditors.

Qualifications;

• Financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Experience in managing accounting transactions and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Team management and leadership skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the healthcare or education industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an advantage
