IHNA looking for a Student Recruitment Officer to join our team! The Institute of Health and Nursing Australia (IHNA) is a premier educational institution in Australia, specializing in health and nursing education. IHNA offers a range of accredited courses and training programs designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge required for a successful career in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to achieve student enrolments per month/Intake. Analyze the conversion rates from inquiry to enrolment and implement strategies to optimize and increase overall conversion rates. Streamline and optimize the application process, ensuring efficient handling of applications and timely communication with prospective students. Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment events, school visits, and fairs, adjusting strategies based on performance metrics Collect feedback from enrolled students, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance the overall student experience. Qualifications: Any degree/post graduation with excellent communication skills. Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in International student recruitment and admissions. Show more Show less
