Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Accountant. The position is based in Tiruchengodu, with flexibility for some work to be done from home. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily accounting tasks, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, conducting audits, and analyzing financial data. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure accurate reporting and providing financial guidance to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Compliance
• Experience in Financial Analysis and Budgeting
• Proficiency in using Accounting Software and Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
• Experience in the sourcing industry is a plus
