To strengthen our finance department, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant (Female) who will lead and manage our finance team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and mentor the finance & accounts team.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings.
• Develop and implement internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.
• Support management in decision-making through financial analysis and reporting.
• Monitor insurance, asset management, and other finance-related activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Minimum 4–8 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software Tally and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
