To strengthen our finance department, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant (Female) who will lead and manage our finance team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial management. Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and reconciliations. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Oversee cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings. Develop and implement internal controls, financial policies, and procedures. Support management in decision-making through financial analysis and reporting. Monitor insurance, asset management, and other finance-related activities. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. Minimum 4–8 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations. Proficiency in accounting software Tally and MS Excel. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
