Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance

Maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime and Zoho Books
Handle day-to-day accounting entries, journal entries, and reconciliations
Manage AR/AP, bank reconciliation statements, and cash flow
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards

GST & Statutory Compliance

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation, annual returns)
Handle GST audits, notices, and departmental queries
Ensure timely compliance with TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory filings
Coordinate with auditors and consultants for statutory and internal audits

Payroll – End to End

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees
Calculate salaries, incentives, deductions, LOP, and reimbursements
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS on salaries
Generate payslips, payroll reports, and statutory registers
Handle payroll audits and employee salary queries

Audit & Reporting

Prepare audit schedules and support internal and statutory audits
Maintain proper documentation for compliance and audits
Prepare MIS reports for management review
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closures
