Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Coimbatore. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. Key duties include overseeing ledger entries, reconciliations, budgeting and forecasting, providing financial insights, GST Filing & other tax filing, supporting internal and external audit processes. The role also involves mentorship and training, as well as collaborating with other departments to facilitate streamlined financial operations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in financial management, ledger entries, and reconciliations

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, auditing and tax consulting

Strong understanding of accounting regulations and compliance requirements

Mentorship and training capabilities for junior accounting staff

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in using accounting software, such as ERP systems

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum of 4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in an similar environment
