Role Description

We are looking for a results-driven and student-focused Academic Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective learners through the academic enrollment journey, understanding their educational needs, and offering the right program solutions. The employee will act as the first point of contact for leads, nurturing their interest and converting them into successful enrollments.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in academic sales, student counseling, or B2C consultative sales (experience in online education preferred).
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage and consult with prospective students to understand their academic and career goals.
• Recommend suitable programs and guide them through the enrollment process.
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for up-to-date program insights.
• Build rapport, handle objections, and ensure a smooth admissions experience.
