Profile Summary:

We are looking for Senior Accountant with 8–9 years of experience in E-commerce, Manufacturing, and Export accounting. Skilled in GST/TDS compliance, MIS reporting, ESIC & EPF filing, and reconciliation of platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Shopify, Blinkit, Zepto, Snapdeal, and FirstCry. Proficient in Tally Prime/ERP with proven ability to streamline financial operations and ensure statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete bookkeeping for online, manufacturing, and export business verticals.
• Handle E-commerce accounting and transaction tracking.
• Reconcile transactions from multiple online platforms: Shopify, Amazon, Hyuga Life, Flipkart, HeatlhXP etc.
• Perform Tally Prime/ERP accounting & dashboard reconciliation with payment gateways.
• Ensure timely GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS returns (24Q & 26Q) compliance.
• Process monthly MIS reporting, salary disbursement, and vendor payments.
• Handle ESIC and EPF computation and compliance filing.
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and monthly book closing.
• Prepare financial statements and provide insights to management for decision-making.
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities for compliance and audits.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in GST, TDS, ESIC, EPF, and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience in E-commerce accounting & reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel; knowledge of Zoho Books or similar ERP will be a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• 8–9 years of proven experience in accounting, preferably in FMCG, E-commerce, Manufacturing, or Export sectors.
• CA/ICWA Inter or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
