We are looking for a Senior Accountant who can independently manage end-to-end accounts
and compliance for our growing e-commerce fashion brand. The role requires strong hands-on
knowledge of Tally ERP9 / Tally Prime, GST, TDS, Payroll, and daily accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
● Maintain complete books of accounts in Tally on a daily basis
● Prepare and file GST returns, manage monthly reconciliation on the portal
● Prepare and file TDS returns (monthly/quarterly)
● Manage vendor payments, reconciliations, and follow-ups
● Prepare sales invoices and maintain inventory books
● Manage petty cash expenses and daily sale/purchase reports
● Handle Payroll, Salary Sheets, ESI & EPF calculations and filings
● Coordinate with auditors for financial and statutory compliance
● Generate monthly MIS and provide financial data support to management
Key Skills & Requirements
● 5+ years of accounting experience (experience in an E-commerce / Retail setup
preferred)
● Strong command of Tally ERP9/Tally Prime
● Good knowledge of GST, TDS, ESI/EPF & Payroll
● Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office
● Ability to manage accounts independently with minimal supervision
● Strong communication and reporting skills
